Many joined Carrick Athena, a wealth advisory for women by women, and Hope Rising, a charity for women by women, in collaboration with Barrington’s, for an exclusive fundraising event on Women’s Day 2023. Together, we shed light on gender-based violence (GBV) by empowering women through a hands-on self-defense skill class. 

Not only was it fun, but essential opportunity to make a difference to not only women suffering from GBV, but ourselves in learning the skills of self-defense and financial wellbeing.
