Bianca graduated from the University of South Africa with a BA degree majoring in Communication and Psychology. She continued her studies by completing her BA Honours degree in Integrated Organisational Communication.

Upon completion of her studies, Bianca joined the Carrick Marketing Department where along with the Graphic Design team she has provided impactful marketing, communication, and brand support to the Carrick group of companies.

​

Bianca’s role includes the management of Carrick’s internal and external communication strategy as well as project management of events and sponsorships. She has project-managed some of Carrick’s largest sponsorship events such as the 2018 Carrick Ambassadors Cup hosted in Zimbabwe and the Schools Water Polo South Africa (SWPSA) Inter-Provincial Tournament, sponsored for the past three years.

Bianca is part of the Group Social and Ethics Committee and is passionate about collaboration, communication, and brand. Her latest achievement was receiving the Directors Award in 2019.
