Influence a woman and you influence a generation.  \nMany joined Carrick Athena\, a wealth advisory for women by women\, and Hope Rising\, a charity for women by women\, in collaboration with Barrington’s\, for an exclusive fundraising event on Women’s Day 2023. Together\, we shed light on gender-based violence (GBV) by empowering women through a hands-on self-defense skill class.  \nNot only was it fun\, but essential opportunity to make a difference to not only women suffering from GBV\, but ourselves in learning the skills of self-defense and financial wellbeing.  \n\nBecause: You can only start to raise womankind once you raise yourself.  \nTickets\n Also included are self-defense class\, complimentary wine tasting\, canapes\, live music\, an auction and babysitter.  \nSingle ticket: R350   \nGroup ticket (4 tickets): R700 (50% discount)
